Dream-geisting

Practiced pk on a psi-wheel again at higheriam's place yesterday evening. Managed to move the paper psi-wheel quite ok at first, but then at some point I noticed that I had still locked the wheel. Had locked it even though I had been using minimal psi densities (see the theory I posted a couple of posts ago). At least it was responsive and sensitive for quite a long period.

At some point I started to feel the effects of my slightest feelings. I was shielding the psi-wheel movements similarly to how I did on the rolling can to avoid it falling off the table. This shield seems to automatically pop up when I get excited or nervous about something. It has the characteristics of bouncing physical objects off of it. Which is what I had intended on the rolling can practices, but the same thing happened with the psi-wheel. I was turning one of its edges and at some point, it seemed to have hit an invisible barrier and bounced back.

Treasure Hunter and Owltwelve came in and we tried to move the paper psi-wheel together. Only some slight twitching, but the shields seemed to be pretty strong even after me visualizing them dissolving for a couple of hours.

Had a few interesting experiences yesterday night. I meditated, went to sleep and saw some regular dreams. Then, ::click:: and I was on higheriam's table, moving the psi-wheel. At some point I realized that I was geisting and saw few random dreams again. Then it happened once more.

I felt being present near the psi-wheel and saw it clearly. It felt like an OBE or really strong empathy through remote-viewing. Though, I couldn't see its surroundings at all (the rest was like all covered in a dark mist or something).

Feel tired today and couldn't get the feeling of psi-wheels spinning as well as yesterday. Got to meditate again. Started feeling that "motor" or "pump" of energy again while meditating yesterday.

Pleasant day

Forgot to mention it in the previous post, but while practicing pk on the psi-wheel at home yesterday, I saw a blueish-white spark come off a psi-wheel corner. It looked like an arc of electric discharge, but from paper and into the surrounding air. I haven't seen anything like this before, though, I remember reading about a similar experience in someone's journal on the forum. It was interesting, because it looked different from the movements of psi that I usually see during the practice. This spark looked less energetic and more "real" or materialistic.

Managed to get everything working on the subsystem prototype that I was having problems with yesterday. I became really happy, the sky went completely clear and sun started shining on my face. Went home earlier so that I would make it to the gym after a while again. Sister came out of her room with a big grin on her face. She had managed to film something suspicious in the sky (possibly an UFO).

Another theory

Have been playing with pk through higheriam's live feed. Yesterday there was a straw that caught my attention right when I joined. I tried to lift one of its tips. It took me a couple of hours to get the feeling of the straw moving. But when I got the feeling, it was still difficult to move it enough to be seen on video.

The next day the straw was gone and there were a couple of psi-wheels in the foreground. There was nobody there, so I practiced pk on the psi-wheels. Managed to twitch them only slightly. Instead of spinning psi-wheels, lights started flickering, colors changing on video and psi density increasing.

Meditated a little, practiced pk on a psi-wheel at home. I found it a lot more responsive than it was a couple of days ago when we tried it with Lwr. Discussed it with father and he had an interesting theory on it. He proposed that with the increase in psi density (due to the amplification of specific feelings), noise level also increases. And when the noise level increases faster than the intensity of the intention / feeling, then the accumulation of psi has an inhibiting effect on the results.

As an example, he gave the words of the yogi who had once visited us (too bad we were too little and sent away to the summerhouse by that time). The yogi said he meditates on the figure of Shiva, trying to picture it as vividly as possible. When the mind was pure enough, the image of the figure in his mind had become as clear as possible. The yogi had also mentioned "Chris Angel", who had then just recently entered that yoga school and was exceptionally talented in this. He told that Chris would later show the world what's possible with meditation.

This means that .. meditated some more .. focusing on my body, trying to feel every cell as clearly as possible. I thought this could provide a good feedback on how things are going. Also, a lot of this noise seemed to have been localized in different areas of the body. Focusing on the body should also help to heal these issues. My body was surging of energy again..

This theory seems to explain the results of psychokinesis attempts on the storms a bit better. The first couple of days, we might have been overpowering the storm with noisy psi. Then, as motivation started lacking and noisy psi dissolving, our constructs started to affect the scenery.

Some more rolling attempts

While practicing Trataka yesterday, I realized that this special stillness occurs when I meditate on the experience of myself meditating. It is then that it has an effect on the energy density around me and inside me. Stuff really started snapping loud and frequent around me when I experimented with it.

Tried to record rolling the can with the fan on, but every time I hit the record button, it didn't look too good. And then right at the moment I turned recording off, the can rolled to the other end of the table or flew over the edge of the table with a big arc. Have to devise something to bring it to another level and then record it with an easier setup.

Flipped the fan and started to attempt rolling it up the slanted part of the table. The trick is the same:
  • Feel the can becoming weightless, having no inertia, no friction or any kind of influence from the surface it is rolling on.
  • Think of it as a mindflex game or something where everything is so sensitive to thoughts that even the slightest hint of the correct feeling of the can rolling would really make it going fast.
  • Feel the can rolling in the intended direction as if it had a perfect cylindrical shape.
During the moments when these feelings "click" together, the can accelerates, rolling past any dents that might have stopped it going. It doesn't even matter if it's slightly uphill or not, it still rolls with about the same speed.

Managed to roll it almost to the point where the table is no longer slanted. However, managed to somehow "freeze" the can in that point once so that the fan had absolutely no effect on the can.

Dad had found an interesting show on UFOs and paranormal on youtube. One of his colleagues was investigating paranormal events in Häädemeeste. The footage was awesome, but the show a bit amateurish. Yesterday father said that one of his friends became interested in yoga and psionics. He wanted to study telepathy. In any case, interest in the weird seems to be spreading =).

Somewhat tired

Yesterday's practice must have been pretty exhaustive. Have been more or less only eating and sleeping today. Well, with a few pk attempts on cyclone Yasi again.

I'm starting to think that perhaps it's more difficult to stop storms when they are already too close. It might be because of people's expectations of the storm .. something like a few minds versus millions. Opposing force training at a completely new level..

While watching live feeds, I analyzed the feelings people had about the storm. Most of them seemed to be pretty confident and even enjoying what was going on outside. So, I thought maybe pk would have more effect a few hours later when people have grown somewhat tired of the storm.

On my way home, I had just a stray thought on the storm dropping from category 5 to category 3. Checked the tracker and it had indeed become a category 3 storm. Perhaps our efforts paid off when most people had lost their interest in the cyclone.

This theory might also explain the feelings while attempting pk on storms. Sometimes there's a lot of motivation, sometimes there's a feeling like "don't spoil it" instead.

Practiced Trataka on a candle, tried splitting the flame like TopExnur did. Only managed to narrow the flame down from the middle, but at least it looks like it would be possible. Also tried to extinguish the flame, but stumbled into the bucket of too many mind and the flame grew back again.

Fan + can = rollin'

A lot of personal messages popped up at the forum yesterday night and today morning. Sy sent one with tips on rolling a can, Treasure Hunter sent 4, owltwelve 1. All of them had motivating content. Also, after watching the last episode of Mindfreak a couple of days ago, interesting posts have started to appear on various pk forums. All of them describe how Chris Angel had inspired them to succeed in pk (one appeared on psionicsonline, one on Shirak's forum).

I turned the fan on, wondering what I should do next. So far I haven't been able to stop the fan directly, as higheriam once suggested. So, I took the soda can and placed it on the spot where I usually attempt to roll it. With the fan on, the can was already wobbling and occasionally rolling a little.

Whenever it was about to roll over the edge of the table, I built a construct to bounce it off. Although it was right at the edge for at least 3-4 times, it never fell off the table. There were a few moments when I got the feeling of rolling right and it rolled well in the intended direction. In the end I was rolling it towards the edge to bounce it in the intended direction and then add momentum by rolling it forward. Although I couldn't roll it past the dent very easily yet, it was great fun. After the session, the feeling of rolling was everywhere in the body and my hands and legs felt pretty weird. Just like I felt typhoon Megi in October.

Visualized the pressure in the cyclone Yasi dissipating upwards and away. This is the first time I have tried to redirect pressure. Usually I have just attempted stasis field on the wind and water so far.

Practiced pk on a psi-wheel with Lwr today. Psi density started building up around the psi-wheel and my head fast, but it didn't seem to have been of much help. Later I realized that I had been focusing on the lightness and sensitivity of the psi-wheel back when moving it seemed effortless. Now I was automatically making it dense and heavy instead. I guess stasis field practice has its downsides =D..

Yay, I did it, I got it to move past the point where it rolled to the other end of the table (the table is slanted) .. when I tried to apply the same feelings that I had used for the psi-wheel. It even fell off the table for quite a few times. Managed to repeat it 2x.

The first time it rolled to the other end of the table, the rolling looked weird. The can looked like it was almost levitating, skidding on the table. During the other 2 attempts, it was rolling normally.

Lwr asked me to show it to him and we managed to repeat it a few more times.

I still wanted to do something fun even though I didn't feel like practicing pk much tonight anymore. So, I just relaxed with the feeling of content over pk practice. I started seeing another person with the same thoughts and feelings. He was happy about his day, enjoying the sunset from the stairs of a temple. There were trees around the temple and the sun set behind these trees.

-5 min meditation

Forgot to mention that while practicing this Trataka meditation a couple of days ago, I felt psi in my head and around it heating up. I think I haven't had the feeling this strong before.

Practiced Trataka again yesterday. When my eyes started watering again, I closed them and just meditated on the stillness of the mind and on psi density around me.

After what seemed like 10 minutes of meditation, I looked at the clock projection on the ceiling and I became slightly confused. Just before closing my eyes and starting this yet another meditation session, it was 2:37 AM and I remember thinking: "Cool, this means that it's actually about 1:20 AM and having shut down the laptop at 0:38 AM, it's almost an hour already." However, after what seemed like 10 minutes worth of meditation, the clock projection showed 2:32 AM.

At first I thought I had accidentally influenced the projection clock, on which I was practicing Trataka (it's a nice bright little spot in the dark). But after checking mobile phone clock, it doesn't seem to have been the case.

Since I meditated on what was around me and inside of me, I felt being present in my room for the whole time. So, this can't be called teleportation.
