Rewind

Remembered an interesting class of entities which I think I encountered sometime last week while attempting remote-healing on a depressed person on the Discord server. A dark bug-like thing which carried a specific kind of negative emotions. I think I forgot the emotion by the end of the healing attempt. When I focused on the bug, it started crawling around rather quickly, trying to escape from my mind's eye. The longer I managed to maintain my focus on the bug, the smaller it became along with the emotion which it carried. The person had two of these pestering them, both roughly the size of my palm. Chasing the bugs without letting the mind wander was a good concentration practice.

During the weekend I stumbled upon a video clip with the symbols of transformation.

Went to bed and experienced waves of heat rising "up" (actually sideways) the spine. Guided these waves with a bit of focus. Eventually started to see hypnagogic imagery of my mummified body tissues gradually becoming more and more alive again. At first it seemed a bit gross to see my body as a mummy.

Dream: Rewind

I was in the middle of a city of some sort. Looked like present time, with some skyscrapers and with most buildings made out of glass walls.

I wondered if my concentration was enough for a history lesson. Started rewinding time. The familiar "sound", or rather the feeling of accelerated flow through me which has been common to all prior similar experiences.

Skyscrapers disappeared, buildings changed, to eventually reveal a low mountain range in the distance. While I did get a little farther (volcanic rocks, volcanic activity, then something about some kind of "winds"), the experience deterioriated rather quickly.

As expected, my concentration was still not sufficient.

Time bubble

Shadow

A few days ago I saw a shadow fly across the living room silently, in peripheral vision. "How did the cat get over there already?" Turned my head back and found the cat still laying to my right. There was nobody else home. Had also seen the shadow before, but always thought it was the curtain or the cat playing shadow bunnies or something. The shadow has always stayed outside my door, I think (has peeked over the doorway a few times).

Time bubble

That previous post. Thought of trying the time bubble idea before falling asleep. Realized that it wasn't exactly a brilliant idea, for the following reasons:
  1. The bubble would isolate my room from its surroundings.
  2. My room is like Swiss Cheese, full of portals to various worlds. The bubble would eventually break all the portals.
  3. The best time for building the bubble is from deep sleep. Deep sleep is when I need the room to be as connected to the surroundings as possible. This provides the freedom to relax and become refreshed.
  4. Gradually it would deprive the room of fresh energy and it would be increasingly difficult to refresh it.
  5. The surface of the bubble could turn out pretty dangerous (high gradient in time).
Decided to integrate a flip-switch. Left it "on" for the night, to improve the skills and to see if there are any advantages. Switched it "off" in the morning. Woke exhausted. So - no, not a viable way of increasing productivity.

Back to square one, I guess:
  1. Accept productivity the way it is.
No point in pushing it. People don't understand it anyway. They would just increase the workload when they saw an increase in your productivity. They would keep increasing the load until something cracks, then figure out how to cover it up and keep going.
  2. Deadlines don't mean anything.
Based on experience they keep shifting beyond rational explanations. Thus, they cannot be taken seriously.
  3. Do things the way you enjoy doing them. That's the way to maintain enthusiasm. That's the way to stay alive. Seek for challenges. Make tasks fun.
  4. Don't care what others say.
They may say it's the most important thing in the world, just before they leave you working on it and go on their long awaited vacation. People don't mean what they say so it's meaningless anyway.
  5. Keep politics and work apart.
It is not worth doing anything for the reason that it would ensure good relationship with corporation X or countries Ys.
This even propagates back to the realization that "I'm alone in this universe. It's just me and my attitude towards the universe." I have to care about myself because there is nobody else to do so. It might make sense to picture it like this: there are entities out there, trying to crush you and take your energy. It's your job to develop to such a degree that they no longer can.

Mining establishment

Today morning I caught myself asleep, observing an odd scene. Violet sunset (or starset, whatever) on a pretty landscape. There was a large craft hovering above the landscape in the distance. The large craft had just a single dot of light on it, somewhere in the middle, towards the right (or maybe an AOL). There was a small craft periodically flying between the large craft and the ground. I assumed it was transporting material to the large craft that then refined it. With the sun setting, it gradually became darker, making it more difficult to tell the outlines but easier to see the single dot of light on the larger craft.

When I realized I was asleep, I had been mindlessly observing the scene for a long time already (it was meditative). After that realization it seemed as if I was observing it from a small shadowless white room with a large window in front of the white bed. Sunset was from the right, and I guess there was a window there as well. Or perhaps even the whole wall was transparent. Not sure, didn't turn my head .. always just a blank stare forward. I did sense, however, that in addition to the perfectly lit room there was light from the right as well.

While at first I had thought of taking the camera for a photo of this mining establishment. Then I realized that I could record it as well. With the analytical mind booting up, the window turned into a computer screen. Realized that I could just as well enable screen capture. So, did that. However, by then I had reduced first-hand experience to a mere 480p video stream on a computer (c'mon why no HD?).

Man I should find the time to improve my digital painting skills. Would want to bring my subpar splatting & scribbling to near photorealistic levels (anime level would already be neat as well, though). This would allow me to convey the mind-imagery visually.

Stable portals

Mayhaps not as exciting a summary as the previous one, but it's a post.

Somewhat exhausted from the week of heavy focus on work. A lot of sleep and daily naps. Sleep cycle is pretty messed up. Enjoyed a long chat with Mom about previous lives, space-time and collective dreams.

Oh, but regardless of feeling exhausted, it seems that productivity has not dropped. Or at least, not much. Patched some pretty serious bugs today.

Cat return

Cat was found a couple of days later, the next morning after Mom asked the cat to return in her mind. Climbed the tree and took the cat down. Cat was very humble, so perhaps I was wrong about thinking that the cat had fled for a feline nightclub or something. Perhaps he just fell down from the balcony, after all.

Space-time

Apparently my suspicions were right - her real issue was not physics and math, it was spiritual.

Regardless, stumbled on this:
https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/6o8bue/the_amount_of_quantum_vacuum_fluctuations_that/

This goes amazingly well with personal experience as well as with what I read from Steve Richards' "Invisibility". Though, it shows that my ponderings about finite vs. infinite universe were pretty far off.

Dreams

Took a group of random people (colleagues, friends) and explained what I had found out about portals. Organized an excursion through a few places. This time the portals were stable enough to let a whole group of people through. Showed them a place after a place, while discussing stuff with some of them who displayed deeper interest in these things. However, at some moment I realized that I had led them into a wild area. Had to fend off entities. Alarm rang or something. Anyway, woke up.

Someone else organized an excursion through a heavily guarded area for me. Claimed it was safe because almost everyone was on vacation. "If something were to happen, you could climb down this vent here." I tried the vent and fell .. into the exact same room. Sensed somebody coming. Casually sat down behind a chair, trying to think myself invisible / unnoticeable. A dude entered the room and seemed to have been oblivious of me being there. Woke up.

Will do this

Although there is no time, I feel like posting at least a summary of events.
I'm more-or-less left alone on the project, so need to do the full-time job of at least 3 people. Regardless of the fact that the crunchtime marathon has gone on for months already.

The way to cope with this is: f*cuk it, I will do this. As deep absorptive focus as possible, on the task at hand. Then at night or during breaks, relax the mind and every muscle of the body. It's also important to have the state of mind that "This is the current status of things. I have the chance to make things even better." In other words, there are no bad situations, there are only situations that can be improved.

For one, this has gotten OBEs and lucid dreams going. Also, it has become easier to maintain celibacy.

Learning the elements

One night I decided that I would fly about till the morning, so perhaps some of it would stick when I woke up. Flew a lot, but a moment later I was interrupted. I was shown to some exercise grounds. I understood that in addition to just flying around, I would need to learn different elements. The environment was unearthly - unrecognizable flowers, unrecognizable animals. There were some kind of circular plates in the ground, each with a picture on it. I guess I passed the first one (or first two) so quickly I didn't even notice what they were. There I was, with the symbol of the previous plate in my right hand, standing in front of another plate. The plate had the shape of a mountain and some arcs symbolizing water. I put the symbol from my right hand on top, and started finger-painting it out so that the original image would be restored. It was like finger-painting in mud with different colours. Finished, I walked past a puddle, went uphill and noticed a more reddish zone to my right. In these exercise grounds, one could not just move from one zone to another. One had to enter through a chain of portals that might lead to the next zone if allowed to. While walking along the fence of the zone to my right, I heard something walking behind me. Turned around and saw two animals that looked somewhat similar to ostriches. Grabbed a camera and took a photo. The animals perceived this as a sign of danger, but oddly enough started running towards me (with anger) not away from me. I put the camera away and they stopped immediately. They realized that I was not a threat. Enjoyed the glimpse of a pretty sunset for a moment, and left for the portal that might take me to the next zone. It did not. The dream became incoherent.

Has anyone here played From Dust? It's an awesome game that probably influenced my dream.

Skewed portals

Mom visited us (all the way from Spain, yay). Spent a night trying to explain portal dynamics to mom and sister. While I had managed to use the same portals to go to the same place several times over, none of it worked right when I got others into the dream. The portals became very unstable and started pointing to other places.

Levitation with gravity assist

Many more flying dreams. Though, one of them stood out. Me and an ex-friend walking the corridors of a large building of some kind. I tried using walls and corners for gravity assist. Ended up going faster and faster, afraid of splashing against the next wall. Pretty fun, though the speed got a bit frightening in the end. He was not that amused about it.

Space-time

Another night that I intended to redirect my nervousness, worries and anger into learning something new .. wanted to figure out how space-time works so that I could work more efficiently. Perhaps a time-warp bubble around me, so that I could stretch the working hours from 13 hours to several days.

Nothing happened.

Yesterday an old acquaintance suddenly messaged me with a physics / math problem about maintaining stable wormholes. This, in addition to her personal realizations about the fabric of space-time, similar symbolism from old texts and a lot of other stuff.
~"Nah I don't have the time for this."
~"Shut up and absorb the info."
Well, alright.

Catscape

On Sunday evening, the cat encountered another cat and went nuts. "Dragged" the cat home. Next evening I found my soldering station cable chewed broken. Locked the cat out of my room. Cat escaped through the balcony (a refreshing fall of 3 storeys). Welp, cat's own choice. Choices have consequences. Thunder and heavy rain for a great many hours.

Nature of space-time

Sister's birthday, so had a small family reunion. Although most of us had already seen "Arrival", we re-watched a pirated version (haven't seen it in stores and it's missing from Netflix). It's about time. Let's describe the events backwards.

Matrix of Light

A bit back in time, woke at 3:34 AM. Woke from a series of dreams with heavy symbolism. Tried to remember the dreams just prior to waking up, not sure how much time I spent with my eyes closed that way. I had slept on my back the whole time, facing the ceiling. The first time I opened my eyes, I saw irregular vertical lines (like wood stripes) of light on the ceiling. The next time I opened my eyes, I saw a grid of both vertical as well as horizontal lines (both a bit irregular, as if formed naturally). This grid lasted for 10 minutes or so, then gradually faded from sight. Not the first time, though, previously I've seen the grid differently (either dots, stars, etc.).

The dreams

Random prefix, then found myself on a road. Some guy was walking in front, advertising a book to me. Quite a thick book, with all kinds of crossword puzzles. Realized that by working on it regularly, one could enhance their memory to the extent of perfect recall of any details from the past. I was no longer worried about not being able to remember all of the dreams. This triggered something.

Suddenly I'm in the past somewhere, in a mining cave. There's someone there, wanting to show me something. They put their coffee mug out of the way (I think that's what happened). They take a pickaxe and balance it, then put a hat on it (to show how it was before some kind of an event). Seemingly by accident, the pickaxe tips over and falls to the ground, smashing the coffee mug. Oh shi .. there's a coin underneath the ruins of the mug. The coin has the Eye of Providence, two intertwining triangles and Adam and Eve written on it. Holding it in my hand and looking at it from different angles, I was a bit afraid others might associate me with that kind of stuff.

Someone had found a book they wanted to show me and some other people. It was not a regular book, but an artifact that somehow spanned multiple timelines. Looked like a plain book with red leather hard-cover and some powerful-looking text inside. This guy took an albino match, lit it and tried to burn the book from a corner. The book both burned and didn't. It looked as if it partially swapped itself between other timelines, always ending up undamaged. The guy lit another match, burned another part of the book. All his matchsticks had a white or yellowish white head (I think he had bright hair as well). Anyway, he took the next match and lit it right next to the book cover so that he ended up with the matchstick inside the book. The match was burning inside the book, without damaging the book. Instead, this caused the book to become fairly mixed with parts from different timelines. He then showed the first pages of the book, which had different kind of watermarks on them. The watermarks indicated some conspiracies. Though, this was kind of irrelevant. The "feeling" and behaviour of the book was the important detail. This had me realize something (basically found a new viewpoint to look at space-time, which hadn't occurred to me before).

Unfortunately, I don't remember many of the details (would either need to refer to the crossword method or use subconscious processing to recover the details). There were other dreams in between as well, but the book kind of shadowed them. I think I thought about the fabric of space-time based on the book, just before waking up.

Actual weekend

with some free time to relax and conspire, yay!

Technique for focusing

Took a shower. Closed the tap and focused on the formation of a water droplet. Focused on the spot where water was about to drip, with the intention of experiencing the formation of the droplet as vividly as possible. Nothing else matters, just need to experience the formation of the droplet. It takes just a split-second and then it's over again. The fact that it's such a short event allows for concentration to build up and release quickly. Short sessions but seemed rather powerful.

Misc

Read a lot of conspiracy stuff (The Black Vault, r/conspiracy), and supernatural stuff as well (a local magazine without any references nor authors).

A few days ago I read a bunch on pizzagate, youtube pranksters and mind manipulation. This time I read on old soviet space tech as well as dug into the recent London attacks.

From the supernatural, read on spontaneous teleportation and spontaneous time travel. Should be effortless just like other forms of pk. Victims have often described a thick (almost tangible) dark mist that obscures everything (good ref to "Invisibility" by Steve Richards). Although I lack teleportation experiences, I think I've experienced and utilized this dark mist during a couple of OBEs and pk experiments. The feeling of it seems somewhat familiar.

Also found Charles Fort, the "inventor of supernatural".

Witchcraft always has a hard time, until it becomes established and changes its name. We hear much of the conflict between science and religion, but our conflict is with both of these. Science and religion always have agreed in opposing and suppressing the various witchcrafts. Now that religion is inglorious, one of the most fantastic of transferences of worships is that of glorifying science, as a beneficent being. It is the attributing of all that is of development, or of possible betterment to science. But no scientist has ever upheld a new idea, without bringing upon himself abuse from other scientists. Science has done its utmost to prevent whatever science has done.

Crunchtime

A few 16-hour workdays and slept a night at work again. Had lunch the next afternoon. Ate pastries and cookies and drank smoothie. Happened to glance at the smoothie package and couldn't help but burst out laughing. Childish drawings and some text about a lazy banana who (what) makes sure that people rest and don't work overtime.

At that moment it re-occurred to me that I expect people to feel compassion for me for working overtime. Since this is bulls, I realized that in general whenever someone expects others to do something, it means they aren't doing it themselves (or at least not doing it well enough). In other words, I'm the one who should feel compassion for myself, not anyone else. By depriving oneself of something, one may fail to notice that they're subconsciously looking for other ways to acquire it.

Stress-psychology aside.

One night in the optics lab a colleague described having a strange experience just a moment before. As he was looking at a specific spot, the whole image he saw just shifted. This used to happen to me quite often when I practised psychokinesis and meditation a lot more. I used to think of it as a shift of consciousness.

Not really related but watched "Arrival" on the bus yesterday and it was awesome! On par with Interstellar in terms of a good message that was also played out very well. Very interesting concepts that got me thinking about how time works again. Also read a couple of paranormal cases from a new magazine that appeared on the shelves at the stores. Spaceships that disappeared and re-appeared later; airplanes that went back in time and then reappeared in the present; some guy who went missing in his backyard, reappeared and then re-disappeared. Actually, I gave the article to my sister to read and she recognized some of what the man had described. A woman in the darkness, telling about how it's difficult to get back to a specific point in time. She suspects it was the same woman who urged her to take her chance of rebirth. It seems as if there were windows of time when portals could be created to specific places in space-time. Perhaps a complex system of stellar and planetary alignments (aka astrology) that bend the space-time through gravity in such a way that makes it difficult to orient and easy to miss the opportunity to find one's way back.

Random weird

16.11.16 - Birthday

Brought cake and cookies to work.
  • A colleague: "It's not your birthday today, is it?"
  • Me: "It somehow happened that it is."
  • Her: "At the bus I visualized you having a birthday and not celebrating it, judging by your Buddhist influence." (she wouldn't have known)
  • Me: "Sometimes I do celebrate .. a bit."
At list for this particular birthday I decided to celebrate with a few colleagues. It seemed a bit special. Although she has previously mentioned being psychic, I found it interesting that she experienced my intention in reverse.

17.11.16 - Just some dreams

Met Hyena in the dreams again. We discussed some stuff (related to the Invisibility book, I think). Eventually he led me through a crimson corridor that had a lot of cat piss stains (weird symbol).

I said I had to go for some work related stuff.

18.11.16 - Strange symbols

Connected two dots and realized that I should try Samyama on elements from within the dreams. Theoretically, in my case currently this should be more efficient than doing the same thing in waking life.

Decided to try it. Before bed, mind had an affinity towards the fire element. Tried with that. I knew there would probably be quite a few hidden fears related to fire. However, these would pop up before I get to actual Samyama on fire, and thus it should be safe. Also, there shouldn't be any real progress until those fears are resolved. Fine.

The thought of fire split into what associated with fire - light, heat, life, activity, anxiety, etc. Fell asleep. Autumn at a foreign place with pretty scenery. I was surrounded by different things I was afraid of, the presence of which could be easily sensed. However, none of them posed any immediate danger.

One of the recurring symbols (appeared 3x): a large mother wolf with a young wolf approached me from behind and walked past. Each time, the young wolf looked at me, growling angrily. Although it didn't show it, I could tell that the large mother wolf was also angry at me. I couldn't tell the reason, and regardless of my attitude towards the young wolf (even if I petted it fearlessly), it was still sincerely angry at me. The mother wolf always took the young wolf with it, not allowing it to cause me any harm (regardless of its feelings towards me).

There were also a lot of fences. At a crossroad there was a rusty fence with a fine cloth covering it, which caught my attention. Raised the cloth and found that the fence was broken. Extracted the broken part and put it aside.

Reached prison grounds (recognized this as one of the places I've tried to avoid as much as possible). Tried not to step into forbidden areas. A man was being taken to the prison and there was a crowd shouting something. Except for the fact that the prison guards didn't like there being noisy people around, the shouted words didn't seem to mean much. Actually it sounded like a mantra, so I also chanted it a long a few times. Still remembered it in the morning but by now I seem to have forgotten what it was that they shouted there. The man was nervous and afraid. This prison contained failed lab experiments, one of which came and killed the man (gore). Not that she wanted any harm to the man, but simply the killer instinct was too strong.

19.11.16 - Dad's visit

Dad visited for birthday celebrations. A lot of interesting discussions about the formation of matter, about invisibility, politics and so on .. all compressed into a couple of hours.

He mentioned an interview about archaeological finds from Antarctica. According to that interview, it seems as if there's been a serious nuclear war there. The war has caused large craters, melted buildings, torn the ground into mountain ridges and so on. One of the theories was that this is the long sought Atlantis. According to some old texts, Atlantis used to be somewhere on the equator so that pyramids lined up on the equator line. In that case, the equator would have to have been tilted a lot (like .. perpendicular to the current one, and we would probably have to exclude the pyramids of Xi'an). But in any case, that would explain the fossils in Estonia, based on which it used to be close to the equator before the ice age. Wild theories.

He had also started tracing the decisions of politicians before and after Bilderberg meetings, to deduce what was discussed and what was agreed at the meetings. A simple yet ingenious idea, in my opinion.

I found his last story the most fascinating. He said he remembered having seen his watch before. As a kid, his father had strange visitors sometimes (a routine back in those times, I guess =D). Among them, there was an old man who was particularly fond of the family and kids. So, they took a boat trip. That was dad's first boat trip on the sea. He noticed that the old man had an interesting wrist watch. The man noticed boy's interest in his wrist watch, and said: "You like it? It's a Japanese watch, I bought it a long time ago. It's yours if you wait for 70 years." It's a Casio G5600E with solar cells. In particular, Dad remembered that the battery indicator showed 'M'. Now that he showed me his watch, it indicated a fully charged battery with 'H'. Note that this occurred in 1966. Who was the mysterious old man, who visited the family just before retirement? Also I wonder why the old man said 70 years when by now dad already has it. Father thought this could indicate time travel in 2036.

No claims here. Just raw data for future reference. Especially since the verification of details is still in progress.

Life is Strange Indeed

The inspiration continued. Stumbled on "Life Is Strange" in my Steam Library. Had bought it at a discount. I'm amazed at how immersive games can be even without any VR gear. I've seen only a handful movies that have touched that deeply. This is the only game that has gone that deep and that personal. Somewhat creepy, even. It was very difficult to crawl back out of it .. and try to fit in in the "outside" (the game that players like to call reality :) again. Empaths, beware!

Life Is Strange really excels at providing a wide variety of viewpoints to the same situations. Very much like Crash (2004) but as a video game.

While pondering about the lessons on Space-time in the game, I realized that the majority of the anime, movies I've watched and the games I've played recently .. they're all related. Even though I haven't consciously sought for time-travel, it has still ended up that way. A list:
  • Life Is Strange (obvious, right?)
  • Boku dake ga Inai Machi (almost like a reflection of Life Is Strange. These two are so alike that it's somewhat suspicious.)
  • Steins;Gate
  • Interstellar
  • Project Almanac
  • Final Fantasy XIII
  • Divinity: Original Sin
  • Transistor

Something obvious that I realized just today: the persistence of constructs also applies for the manipulation of space-time (duh, as it applies to psychokinesis in general). Well, that took me long. Anyway, this means that the more one fiddles with space-time, the less stable it becomes for everyone. Persistent space-time portals might be tricky, then. Because they would be basically like tiny black holes slowly desintegrating the fabric of reality around them. Father might be right in saying that teleportation must happen quickly.

In psychokinesis, so far I've had very few experiences of time manipulation. Way too few to learn enough first-hand. So I'm grateful to whatever I stumble upon =D.

Steins;Gate

Watched Steins;Gate. There's a man who acts a mad scientist and with the help of a few friends, he tries to come up with a time machine. The mad scientist starts off rather childish but the more he explores time-travel, the more he changes. More and more does he realize the consequences of his seemingly innocent experiments.

If you watch it, make sure to watch it all. It gets particularly interesting in the last episodes.

The technology doesn't look anything serious, though. Theory is also distorted and illogical. But story-line and ethics are really really good. It may not look it at first, but after watching the last episodes, everything comes together very nicely.

Found the anime thanks to this AMV:

Feedback around time

Thought I had nothing to post. Had even forgotten what that nothing was.

Yesterday I worked on a presentation. It stressed me a lot, because with this presentation, I would be facing one of my biggest insecurities so far. Presenting a few key concepts from my viewpoint of the world to fellow students. A few of these concepts have been publicly ridiculed by several friends, lecturers, and one professor who even highlighted it during the graduation ceremony.

The reason for such a subject is simple - thought about the subject for months and couldn't come up with any other subject that would do. Also, this one really matters, even if the audience rejects it. Shall try to serve it in such a way that I would make a lot of hints but inspire the audience to research, experiment and decide themselves.

Anyway, while making this presentation, I experienced deja vu of presenting it several times. Almost managed to do it on demand. Each time I took the feeling into account and improved the presentation. As if designing the future by making modifications in the present and checking the results in the future if it changed the way I wanted it to. This is the first time this has occurred to such an extent.

It's supposed to be just 10 minutes and at first I had wanted to show some video clips as well. Ended up adding some slides instead, because otherwise it wouldn't have the intended effect. The ideas are the most important. Once the audience has been inspired, they could look up the videos on their own anyway.

At night, saw a lot of green leaves and plants everywhere around me. It's been a while.

Have been considering taking up polyphasic sleep. Even though, my current sleep pattern is already biphasic, unless it's a long day at school or work.

Inspired

Found an inspiring video last night:

Psi became a lot more active. Couldn't sleep at night .. too energized. While watching the video, tension built up in the body. At some point, I sensed a small being hold my hand for about a minute. Couldn't see them, but I cold feel the warmth of their hand and the soothing calmness of their mind. In my mind, they looked similar to the beings at Häädemeeste (glowing orange, beings of light).

Found this video particularly inspiring for learning radio physics and electronics as well as pk experimentation with portals. For starters @ pk experimentation, tried to make a small portal above our WiFi accesspoint and link the other end to the summerhouse (spread it around the whole area, there). There had been problems of WiFi coverage there. I wonder if they would see a new WiFi connection there..

Contributed some to my room construct, which has been inspired by father's abduction story. A thin yellow-white fog that smoothly illuminates the whole room without shadows. In addition to that, this construct has healing, anti-dust, anti-smoke, anti-mosquito, anti-fly properties and protects the room against unwanted entities.

While focused on the room construct, I saw a lot of movement. A dark blob to my left moved towards the living-room, another dark blob moved at the window. Saw a white flash for a millisecond.

Took a tea, a shower and meditated for about 30 minutes. Experienced the balcony door move. Mind had become focused on it in the background.

Shortcuts

While walking home today, I occasionally focused on my internal stuff. Car traffic disappeared, sense of time and memories faded. Within a splitsecond, I experienced several hours of meditation in the mind.

So far I've often ignored these experiences, because they clearly source from visualizations. In a sense, it's just like running a simulation in the mind. There's a catch, however .. these simulations live their own life. After visualizing the initial environment and conditions, one can observe and witness the process and outcome.

This time it seemed exceptionally evident that in my mind, the simulation was real. It had an effect on my mind. Also, the realization from after the meditation session was something that I simply wouldn't have thought of myself. It occurred on its own.

Also realized that I was wrong about shortcuts. One can make shortcuts, because they can design their own rules to live by.

Meditated for some more seconds on meditating for about a day. Another change in the mind.

With these meditations, I lost some awareness of walking. After the first session, I had a deja vu. To my right, there was the same car I thought I had seen earlier today. The situation seemed rather familiar as well.

None of that ever happened

Wind was blowing some sort of a paper thing around on the road. Managed to lift it for a sec.
The stuff that flies from dandelion flowers, that's also good to fly around with.
That stuff (the seeds)

Was geisting HardFaults on electronics at work again. There's a board and software that I'm testing before radiation tests. Its output showed quite a lot of watchdog resets and real-time clock time skew events. There were distinct time periods when these anomalies occurred very frequently. For most of the time, there were no anomalies.

I've often come to notice that when I look at the memory leds blinking, they sometimes stop blinking for a longer time period (time skew) or I would see it resetting. What's strange about it, when I later check the data, I see that none of what I saw actually happened (perfectly normal operation during that time). Quantum mechanics sure is weird.

Also, I sometimes found that some of my code had disappeared. No trace of it (couldn't undo it back) except for my memory.

This time-skew effect I've seen before. When I look at the seconds on a clock on the wall or on PC screen, it sometimes stops for multiple seconds and then jumps by multiple digits.

-5 min meditation

Forgot to mention that while practicing this Trataka meditation a couple of days ago, I felt psi in my head and around it heating up. I think I haven't had the feeling this strong before.

Practiced Trataka again yesterday. When my eyes started watering again, I closed them and just meditated on the stillness of the mind and on psi density around me.

After what seemed like 10 minutes of meditation, I looked at the clock projection on the ceiling and I became slightly confused. Just before closing my eyes and starting this yet another meditation session, it was 2:37 AM and I remember thinking: "Cool, this means that it's actually about 1:20 AM and having shut down the laptop at 0:38 AM, it's almost an hour already." However, after what seemed like 10 minutes worth of meditation, the clock projection showed 2:32 AM.

At first I thought I had accidentally influenced the projection clock, on which I was practicing Trataka (it's a nice bright little spot in the dark). But after checking mobile phone clock, it doesn't seem to have been the case.

Since I meditated on what was around me and inside of me, I felt being present in my room for the whole time. So, this can't be called teleportation.
