First success at PK

Note: The actual date is unknown, so I picked a date that more-or-less fits.

I had been practicing PK for maybe 1 month + a week or so and I decided to try grounding and centering for the first time. I grounded myself before starting practicing.

Put up a block of notepapers on the corner of an old computer monitor. Made sure that all the windows and doors were closed. Put my hands close to it, got the feeling of the paper-block and induced the feeling of one of its corners leaning down. Nothing happened.

Grounded myself again, this time I felt a great psi pressure building up from my feet to the top of my head. I probably did this too fast, because it hurt my head a bit. The pain gradually went away and a fountain of psi formed out of the top of my head.

I tried PK once more and induced the feeling of a corner of the block of notepapers leaning down - I wanted the notepapers to drop to the floor. It twitched slightly, but it was difficult to make it move exactly how I wanted it to move.

I grounded myself again and this time the psi pressure was so great that I felt ground shaking under my feet. I tried again and this time got it move in the right direction. I managed to keep the previous feeling of moving it down and induced another feeling of it leaning down onto the previous one - it moved twice as much as it did before.

I pulled my hands away from the paperblock and tried again. To my surprise, I was able to lean the paperblock down just as I was able to do it with my hands (it was just easier to start with the hands first). I then took a few steps away from the block of papers and it still moved almost the same way. Couldn't get it to fall off the computer screen, but it moved down for about 1 cm.

I couldn't believe it, walked around in circles for a few seconds, opened all windows and inspected the movement of the paper-block again. It moved almost the same way it did with the windows closed - so, it could have been wind. As the windows were closed during the practice and the paperblock moved more-or-less the way I visualized it move, I guess I could call it my first successful attempt in PK.

After this day, I forgot to practice PK again. A few days later, I tried it on the curtains in the bathroom and I could still slightly move the curtains with my hands 1 cm away from them.
