Cultivation

Went jogging today. 30 minutes of jogging (with several jolts of consciousness and weight reduction), after which, the energy intensity seems to have dropped. The sweating-hot cloud of energy hasn't popped up as strong as it did yesterday or a couple of days before.

Here's what I've been up to:
  • Occasional guru meditation (visualizing a Buddha in me, until I lose a sense of self and start feeling like a Buddha).
  • Visualize a high-intensity energy flow up the spine. I would shrink it, to increase the intensity even further.
  • Pinpoint and relax everything that seems to be tense.
This has been very effective for energy cultivation and focus practice.

Books and more

Mom has been travelling around India, Tibet for the past few months. She sent me a Kalachakra mandala and 3 yoga books (about Naropa + something from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche). Though, via Skype she mentioned that she has bought even more books, which she would like to share for reading.

Since I had given my copy of the "Tibetan yogas of dream and sleep" to Mom, she bought another one and sent that back. Anyway, there's now thousands of pages waiting to be read .. once I've finished with the history of Germany.

The mandala is also interesting .. shall place it somewhere so that I would see it several times each day.

I've also decided to build a cheap Michelson-Morley interferometer and experiment with it a little.

Santa was really fun this time. An old lady with a very good sense of humour.

Didn't sleep too well last night. Perhaps because I had taken a nap during the day. Also practised energy manipulation (qi-gong with the non-physical body) before falling asleep, which might've caused me to be slightly over-energized.

Rain-tilt

Last time I mentioned I didn't feel much of a difference during the Chi Gong exercises. Recently I have felt something familiar - the magnetic and tingly properties of psi.

In the morning I woke up into an alternate version of my room. It was a bit more messy and looked a bit different. But what spooked me a little .. the psi intensity was so strong that it even sort of frightened me. Didn't want to damage stuff in the room.

For the past few days I've been feeling attached and a bit stressed again for some unknown reason.

A strong rain .. or rather, slush fall during a 32 *C day.

Rotated the angle of rain 90 degrees (flipped wind direction), then back by 45 degrees so that it rained straight down again.

Started reading articles and theses from:

I'm really enjoying "Psychokinesis and Its Possible Implication to Warfare Strategy" by W. Gary Norton (1985). Very well written work.
