- Pear juice (without added sugars or preservatives .. though, several weeks old and fungus was growing on it)
- A champignon
- That pear juice with fungus.
- Not enough juice or water yesterday.
- Maybe ate too late?
- "Normal" lunch yesterday.
- Read a lot of inspiring text, which caused the movement of energy.
- Edit: Stomach flu, which has been pretty popular these days.
Today morning I snacked the following:
- A champignon
- Banana
- A piece of cucumber
- Boiled buckwheat
- Brown Himalayan salt
- Pan salt
- Salad
- A tomato
- Two champignons
- Parsley
- Pan salt
- Pepper
Ok, it seems it's cooked food that makes me sleepy / feel tired.
