Low vibes?

Father came home yesterday. Felt considerably more tangled in the Maya yesterday.

The psi channels near the heart and throat chakras have shrunk, causing psi to pile up and induce pain. Also, the astral body had become dirty yet again. I wonder how it happens so quickly. Just washed it in the dreams on Tuesday. Cleaned the ears, too.

Practised some pranayama before bed again. Some more of that thick psi moved up into the head. It then felt as if the head were under pressure, pressing ear drums outward.

Meditated on emptiness and stillness in the body. Started experiencing vibrations familiar from pre-OBE. However, the frequency of the vibrations was way too low (close to 1 Hz) for the soul to be detached from the body. Waited for the feelings to subside and increased the frequency again, attempting to heal the body while doing so.

Had pretty gloomy dreams. An attempt at convincing a mass-murderer onto his spiritual path.
