3 months

I guess it has been about 3 months of celibacy by now.

Recently I haven't been very active at forcing chi up the central channel .. with the exception of yesterday evening and today morning. Today I got a headache, the likes of which I've previously called short-circuits. Luckily, it hurts quite rarely. Anyway, I'm not sure whether the headache has been caused by moving more chi or by the surprisingly hot weather today.

Edit: The headache from hot weather was different: dull and originating from the back of the head. The short-circuits are sharp and very localized, but in a seemingly random spot within the brain.

In the past week or so, the chain-reaction of consequences from my actions throughout the past year have started to become visible. I'm glad and I hope people find it helpful and inspiring.

This also reminded me that I had been planning to leave (or at least stop frequenting these places), and that perhaps I would be met with less resistance this time.

While there have been a few situations and dreams which I had wanted to post, I guess I've forgotten most of them.

Driving

8 days ago, I had a chat with someone on Discord. While nowadays this is hardly a surprise, there was an interesting synchronicity. In this chat I happened to mention a friend (A) and his brother (B). We also discussed walking on foot vs. driving and driving licenses.

The next day, (B) messaged me and asked if I had bought myself a car. Apparently (A) thought he saw me driving around. Well, I don't have a car, nor have I had a driving license for years.

Dream: Blindfold

Last night I had a dream of a competition of some sort. I was observing the event, cheering for a random nice guy. Somehow, after he was awarded, I was asked to step forward. I was also given an award of sorts - a hug and the blindfold which the winner had used during the competition.

As I put on the blindfold, I couldn't see very well. I guess it meant that it worked. I willed for myself to see, and started to see as if there were no blindfold. Since then, I saw everything, regardless of the blindfold. I started to doubt whether the blindfold had really been working at all. Had I broken it somehow, or was it broken when I received it?

According to Dream Moods dictionary, this could mean that I'm trying to deceive myself or trying to cut myself off from the world. But I think that has been obvious anyway.

Ow

Short-circuit in the rear of the left lobe. Hurts occasionally. Could have had some wind on it after washing the head today morning.

While at the canteen today, I quickly entered the PIN code of my credit card and then took my fingers off the keyboard. While lifting my fingers, the credit card terminal decided to add a few more digits.

Btw, there was supposed to be 37 *C on Saturday, followed by a thunderstorm. However, I was feeling rather uncomfortable while waiting at the bus stop on Friday. Pushed some chi up the column with an intent to get the circulation of cool prana going again. At that moment, wind picked up. It has been windy since then. It seems that the wind pushed the warm air front to the East (Russia).

Funeral toll?

Two nights ago, I was flying over the pasture near the summerhouse when I heard the belch of an old friend. I thought this indicated that he was ready to celebrate his birthday. I was about to shoot over the pasture with great speed, but there was someone flying just to my left and they accidentally tipped a tower of old window panes. There's almost always someone to my left, chilling around with me. This is the first time I've seen the presence actually interact with something. Typically the being is like a robot that doesn't speak, doesn't do telepathy or anything. Ok, anyway, I decided to watch it fall, then rewind and try to prevent it from happening. Yup, it shattered alright, leaving a lot of glass shards on the pasture grounds. Which is obviously not good, because there are animals grazing there. Rewound but that shattered the dream. Don't ask me why there was a tower of window panes on pasture grounds in the first place .. dream logic, right?

For a few times the ability to focus has surprised me a bit. Probably still rusty, but at least a lot better than I would have expected. A few seconds of focus and got a headache. Haven't had a short-circuit in a while .. went to bed. Two symbols.

I'm away somewhere and come back. Already from quite far I see that on the grass in front of the house, there's a square of candles with what looked like a tombstone. "That's odd, I wonder if someone has died?" Moved closer and realized those were not candles but bells. Read the sign and it said something along the lines of "Prayers for the funeral toll" (Palved hingekellale). That seemed odd. Dad walked past and reminded me of the bathroom tap that needs to be replaced (off-topic). "Yah, still haven't had the time to replace it," I said. To finish it off with random off-topic discussions and to confirm the state of awareness, I said "Bomb," and observed a deminer truck appearing through me (for the lack of proper collision avoidance). Walked out of it.

Then a trainee from work appeared just around the corner and gestured for me to follow him. He took me into a meeting room through an abstract place with a lot of doors. The abstract place was interesting .. not my creation.

Other than that, Steve Richards' "Invisibility" is awesome. It's not just about invisibility but also about alchemy, materialization and dematerialization. It describes the formation of matter, it describes the enlightenment process, the process of becoming immortal and what not.

A short with Kellogg's

Took 1 h of work time for building an enclosure for a RPi storage server. Then took 15 min off and meditated at the sunset. This jerked the third eye a bit more open, felt a bit floaty and a headache appeared at the center of the right hemisphere.

Last night I practised Kellogg's method for inducing OBEs ("Consciousness Beyond the Body: Evidence and Reflections" by Alexander De Foe). Stomach didn't feel too good, so I fled to sleep instead. Woke up at 4 AM, visited the toilet. Then picked the cat up from my room and put it down on the couch in the living room .. did that maybe 15 times in a row. Brain woke up, I stumbled on something that made noise and redirected cat's attention. Another attempt at Kellogg's method. I think I did get an awake mind in a sleeping body but didn't try to crawl out .. just laid there for some time.

Maybe that also contributed to the release of blockages, which has increased the flow of psi in the right hemisphere.

BlarRbbB

Disappointed in Mass Effect. Good ideas but they've turned it into yet another mediocre third-person shooter. The quests and dialogues don't hold a candle to Fallout 2 nor Shadowrun. On the other hand it's all for the better - boosts my enthusiasm about game development ;).

I joined reddit for others' interesting stories of the weird(s). A list of faves, so far:

Played with the sensation of levitation again last night before falling asleep. Cranked some more power into the sensation, which yielded a mild headache. Stopped.

Exceptionally boring dreams. Today at work wasn't very encouraging. So I wasn't in the right mood for the ethics course. I was about to claim my usual seat after entering the classroom, when the speaker right next to me croaked a loud ...::BlarRbbB::... That startled me a bit. Though, it's not the first time that this has happened in that classroom:
http://sussch-daweird.blogspot.com.ee/2015/11/a-bit-of-bindu-and-geisting.html

The ceiling lamps at the corridor and living room have also been acting a bit strange recently. Flickering and crackling when I switch them on.

Although I haven't focused on the crown for a while, it has become more active. Today at work, just prior to lunch I felt a familiar sensation at the pineal gland. It's a sort of emptiness, pressure, cold and heat, combined with the feeling of well-oiled gears.

Meltingpoint of focus

Took a lot of naps and attempted OBE during the weekend. Went outside once or twice and became entrained to the surroundings. Uninstalled XCOM and installed Civ V yesterday. I was enchanted. Played it till 0 AM.

Went to bed with the intention of practising focus to blank my mind before falling asleep. Picked up pranayama again. Haven't practised it for quite a while again .. it was awesome. Several times I witnessed breath cessation with a blank mind. Then focused on top of the head. Something happened with my focus, a breath cessation again and the psi density on top of the head increased dramatically. The psi density caused the feeling of a wobbly space-time, a strong heat and the feeling of being more awake than I've been during the past couple of years. I barely fell asleep - I was lucid for most of the time.

Woke up with a pk hangover, though. But the ability to concentrate has increased remarkably.

Psicat

Due to this headache, I moved the point of focus down to the throat chakra.

An interesting experience. While I was dreaming, an entity from outside the dream world came near me. That weird tingly feeling as it entered the aura and stopped at the right side of the neck. It was the same black cat from the previous post, licking the right side of my neck. That felt very weird .. cat interacting with the psi directly. Mind started to worry about it, what if the cat would suddenly bite into the neck? Since the cat was purely an energy form, I couldn't see it, I couldn't touch it, I wouldn't have been able to defend myself with that dream mind. The cat did no harm :)

Though, dreams were not as lucid as the previous nights when I put forth more effort to maintain the focus 24/7.

Today after lunch and fresh air, the headache almost disappeared. I was very happy.

Now I've moved the point of focus back to the top of the head, trying not to push it too much.

Edit: Maybe that was not a good idea. Moved focus back to the throat chakra.

Bitten by myself

Ow, right hemisphere hurts a little.

I've had problems pinpointing the bindu. So, last night I moved the point of focus a bit further back on the skull.

Several moments of consciousness being shifted into the void, without body awareness or any senses.

Switched from focusing on a point to focusing on myself sitting on the bindu. Experienced a shift of consciousness. Enjoyed sitting in the faint pleasure and smell of burning incense sticks (there were no incense sticks in my room, btw) for some time.

I guess I was slowly sinking in from the pleasure and light at the top of the head, into a slightly more murky and darker place. Eventually lost awareness there.

A strange dream. Actually more like an OBE. I was a black cat walking around in the shallow white snow outside. At the same time, I was its surroundings (those small fir trees, the road, the snow), as well as a man walking down the road not far from the cat. I guess I channelled more of the consciousness into that man. In this process, I became less aware of the cat's body. Suddenly, somehow the cat leaped at the man's (my) left arm and bit it. As it did so, I saw and felt the cat's teeth, jaws, muscles, blood vessels, etc. inside out. I was the cat biting the man and I was the man being bitten at the same time. Something did not seem right about the cat, though. There was something inside its mouth or throat, which did not seem normal. Analytical overlay: rabies?

Edit: Saw that not-a-star again last night, pulsing in through the balcony window.

Some karma ripening?

Really enjoyed yesterday's walk towards the sunset while it was raining cats and dogs. Made me feel real happy and at peace.

Random dreams, which I forgot again. Woke up tired.

Focused on the crown, to feel more fresh. It helped a lot.

Yet another hectic workday without actually having the time to do what I consider important (but too lazy to do).

Started experiencing a pk hangover. It's been a while since I've taken pk as seriously as I did a couple of days ago .. on those doors.

Encountered several angry and violent people on the streets today. Probably some karma is ripening for me again. Sigh.

Possession

Yesterday morning, found the sleeve of a sweater twitching with pk.

A lot of psi blockages all around the body. Head feels sort of 'closed' and occasionally it hurts.

There was a post on para-web, where someone had started to feel the presence of someone else in their body after being dead for a few seconds. A couple of members mentioned the habit of smoking or drinking as being possessed by spirits that enjoy it. Interesting idea of one experiencing emotions and feelings while being present in others experiencing the same. And that when they become addicted to these emotions and feelings, then they would feed on the target experiencing it more. When the target would then become liberated from the experience, the "leeches" would either have to find new targets or become liberated as well.

What a soup of intermixed and diffused souls it is.

Aching stomach

Remembered that 2 days ago before bed, I saw a source of light in the sky. Looked twice .. nothing except for a hole in the clouds nearby.

Described the Sushumna flame to Mom yesterday. Haven't sensed it for quite a while. About a minute later, I was struck by a sharp pain in the stomach. Lower back and stomach suddenly felt pretty sick. Turned from one side to another at night and couldn't sleep. I guess that a great blockage was dissolved in that area.

Alien dream

For change, I tried the grounding exercise again yesterday night. Rose psi flow intensity to a moderate level, which resulted in sharp pain strikes in the right hemisphere today morning. It's the same area in the right hemisphere that always hurts after doing some more intense pk.

Couldn't listen to almost anything the lecturer was saying - it was too painful. Out of instinct, I visualized welding a big block of iron to cover an opening. During the visualization, the pain strikes got so frequent that I almost became numb to it. When finished, pain was no longer as frequent as before. However, I'm slightly worried about this blunt approach to healing this and its possible side-effects.

I think I should start practicing pk, while concentrating on the right hemisphere or something to improve its endurance to more intense psi flows.

While coming home from school again, I walked past those 3 flags again. It was still quite windy, but it wasn't as strong as during the last couple of days. Attempted stasis by visualizing a dense construct with high viscosity on the "first" flag and it was a success. It looked like during the attempt the flag got sticky and wrapped into a tight cylinder that started descending - became too heavy for the wind to lift. Other flags kept flapping in the wind. This time I was already in a pk state of mind before approaching the flags and the target flag seemed quite responsive. It simply took a thought to bring the flag up and flapping again.

------------------------------------------------------------

Saw a cool dream today morning. I was doing something with the laptop in the dream and having finished, looked around. In the corner, where I had set up props for passive pk, I noticed that light refracted (through the balcony door glass) or reflected (from outdoors) onto the wall in such a way that it formed crop circles of light. It looked rather boring (reminded me of "sacred geometry," which I have pretty much ignored so far), but it being a crop circle of light and all, I wanted to take a picture of it. Went to ask mother (I was somewhat surprised that she was home) for a better camera.

Came back with the camera, but as I had thought, sun had already moved so that the crop circles were gone and the only thing I could see on the walls were projections of curtain flowers. I thought "Oh, well" and started to look around, wondering if it's a dream or not (it looked and felt pretty real, but had quite a few glitches). When I did, some new stuff suddenly appeared - a drawing of an alien with Aztec or Mayan writings appeared on the ceiling (looked like a kid's drawing in blue ink). Similar drawings of UFO-s and their construction appeared on the bed (these were in color). Also, a booklet with some pretty detailed schematics appeared on the chair.

Although it was interesting and kept me distracted for a few seconds, I was still wondering why there were such drawings scattered around the room when it wasn't even my drawing style nor my handwriting. Furthermore, I couldn't remember having done or even seen any of this before. When I thought that, new stuff appeared again. This time I saw a spoon floating in the air below the ceiling. Looked at it, said "Wow" and picked it up. Threw it up in the air to see if it would start floating again - nope, it dropped onto the bed. I saw more objects hanging in mid-air the same way. Although I had started to wonder why I couldn't remember having set any of this up, it took me some more seconds and then the alarm rang.

Thinking back on what SeriousKnot posted in the forums yesterday, there really might be a group designing dreams in order to keep us from becoming lucid. I can't think of a good enough reason for my subconscious mind to put so much effort into keeping my mind busy so that it wouldn't become lucid. Usually when I become lucid, I wake up before I manage to do much anyway. Well, who knows - I guess this would need some more research.

Pk hangover

Had a headache today, which I think is related to pk practice. I was also tired like an usual pk hangover. Haven't had those for quite some time, because I have taken it easy for most of the time. My whole brain was aching and more intense psi redirection attempts increased the pain as well as made me feel slightly sick.

The first 4-hour lecture didn't happen, because the lecturer thought it started in November. So, I had some time to deal with geophysics and reading psionics forums. In the end I shut my eyes and meditated on clearing up the mess in my head. Simply concentrating on the whole head fixed the pain. I continued yesterday's exercise of reversed psi fountain for a short while.

After that I chose to meditate on my throat chakra. It was fine until I suddenly got a sharp strike of pain through my right shoulder - it felt like a needle had been pushed about 4 cm into it. I visualized pulling it out and dissolving it.

Ouch, my left thumb suddenly started to hurt sharply with seemingly no reason. Lasted for about 0.5 min.

Man, I guess I need to get used to using larger amounts of psi. Rushing in with a big hurray only gets one hurt. Especially, when there's something fishy about some particular chakra (often having troubles with Anahata recently).

Actually, I remember having sudden pain strikes in my chest years ago. When it happened, I had to be ready for either a heavy healing session or a few minutes almost without breathing, as every breath was quite painful. This could also indicate heart chakra problems, I guess.

Pure feeling

Yesterday night I laid on my back in the position I usually practice pk / meditate before going to sleep. I visualized the feeling of lifting up again. This time something was different, I was able to tell what the true feeling of lifting was, making the visualization much more accurate. When my visualization became too inaccurate, I lost in speed and control over the lifting and eventually my head started to hurt again.

There's another problem with my levitation practice - the feeling of lifting coincides with yet another pk practice. I used to practice pk on the mattress (changing its shape) before falling asleep and instead of lifting myself, I'm lifting the mattress. Well, I'm not exactly sure I'm actually lifting anything, but it feels like it and one morning I saw a part of the mattress rising a bit (could've been an illusion).

Messed some more with the same candle this evening. When I got the flame down to the size where the wick was barely burning, I got too excited and lost the feeling of the flame. It had taken me about 10 minutes (not sure, but it seemed that way) to get the feeling of the flame today. My head was just so cloudy and full of thoughts that it took me longer to achieve a blank state of mind than yesterday.

The feeling of getting a feeling of stuff or the feeling of "becoming the object" slightly reminded me of OBE-ing a part of my head to the location of the object. The comparison just popped into my mind after practicing. I have to experience it more clearly in order to be able to draw any parallels.

I noticed that when something to my left suddenly made a snapping sound, the flame quickly leaned left. Another snapping sound came from the living room right after, but the flame didn't react to it. I thought that the flame had twitched like this because I was a bit startled by the sound.

I tried new types of visualizations for extinguishing the flame.
  • I visualized a small shield around the flame that would stop air molecules from moving around, thus making it more difficult for the candle to gather oxygen for burning. Couldn't pull it off very well, the flame twitched a few times and perhaps became only a bit smaller, but nothing more.
  • I visualized CO2 piling up around the candle, making it difficult to gather oxygen again. This one had no effect - I guess I couldn't visualize the properties of carbon-dioxide well enough.
  • Tried to influence the wick directly, turning the glowing segments darker. The effect of wick segments turning darker could be seen (both on the wick and on the flame, which changed its shape), but I would have had to turn the whole wick darker at the same time. When my focus moved away to another segment, the previous one started glowing again.

Shrink the flame

Before going to sleep, I tried to heal my eyes by providing them with more psi. I then covered my eyes with my hands to make everything darker, visualized objects in the darkness as far as I could while focusing onto them with my eyes. A couple of minutes of such practice made my eyes water. I noticed that these figures moved when I moved my eyes, which means that they must have formed on the retina.

There was some heavy lightning this morning and I shut my balcony door. I was still sleeping when the lightning stopped and I wanted to open the door again. As I didn't want to wake up, I tried to open it while I was sleeping. I visualized a closed balcony door and put a lot of effort into pulling it open. It made a squeaking noise and opened. I was still in deep dream-state and wanted to wake up in order to verify if I was successful in opening the door while asleep. It took me a lot of effort to wake up and while doing so, I noticed that I hadn't even been in my room. I guess it was the wrong door again if anything at all, as the balcony door in my room felt different and sounded different. Anyway, I had to open it manually after waking up and couldn't get any sleep afterwards. It reminds me of this experience.

Today I can't feel big objects so well anymore. I ended up just staring at the kitchen door and it didn't seem to be moving much. Moreover, the slight headache is still there when I put too much effort into trying to move something. Also, I found it rather strange that today morning I couldn't feel much psi around me either. A few days ago, the feeling of psi surrounding me was really powerful.

Lit a candle and tried to force the size of the flame down until it disappears. At first I couldn't even feel the flame and thus couldn't affect it. After a while, I got a faint feeling of the flame and was able to shrink it when I concentrated on it. When the amount of concentration lessened, the flame grew larger again. About 45 minutes after setting up the candle, the right half of my forehead started to hurt and I stopped practicing. The flame was about half the size of what it was when I started. However, I guess that the overall size decrease was due to the wick burning out and not was not affected by my pk efforts.

On the other hand, when I visualized a block of dense environment around the flame so that the environment would force the molecules and atoms to slow down, the flame sometimes started pulsing, sometimes became smaller. For some reason, picturing ice as the dense environment didn't seem to do much. Instead, it seemed to have worked better when I visualized the feeling of dense psi or dense water, where moving speed is limited.

I also tried to make different kinds of air constructs and blow it off, but in response, the flame only pulsed and then stood still as if none of this worked.
For the fan-driven propeller, I found direct manipulation to be the most efficient. I just visualized the propeller slowing down. Visualizing molecules and atoms slowing down didn't seem to affect the flame though. What worked best in the end, was shrinking the flame directly, as if it were just another physical object I was practicing pk on.

Dream of pk

Yay, I saw a dream of pk yesterday night. I tried to move my laptop battery around on the table. I could see it moving, but whenever I stopped, it snapped back to where it was at first. Then I put more effort into it and could easily move it around with some awesome control.

Gonna try waterpicking again today. =/ The same as yesterday evening - couldn't move it at all (not even spinning anymore). I tried it the second time, but still couldn't even visualize the feeling of it moving. And then tried the covered psi-wheel, but couldn't affect anything. The only thing that happened was that I got a headache. That's when I remembered having a headache while going to sleep yesterday - man, have I really overdone it with psionics again? Don't know - I could spin it uncovered and twitch it covered after that.

Watched "Inception" today and when it ended, it felt detached from my everyday life - just as if I had been away for some months at least. A really good movie, but way too much action, I think. If there were more creativity instead of guns blazin', I would've liked it even more.

It would be interesting to learn more about dreaming. Visiting foreign places (some of which were as detailed as they would be in real life) is pretty common in dreams. There has been at least 1 dream where a friend of mine (couldn't recognize him / her from my "real" life) showed me their creation, which was a really cool little place in the woods. There have been a few dreams where I have met new people. There have been dreams, where I have helped people out of some kind of situations. There has been a dream in which I woke up in another body. Now what if in some dreams we actually see real places and meet real people?

Head hurts vol.2

It wasn't easy to wake up at 8.30 when I had fallen asleep at about 2 AM.

Went to school and on the way there, I tried to fetch a few images with feelings from people passing by. Again, I'm not sure if any of them were correct, but I also can't verify any of it. At least it always serves as an inspiration source - random images and feelings come to mind.

While I was walking to another faculty for some additional lectures, I noticed that the sky was all covered in what looked like a single cloud. I approached a building with one of its walls having been beautifully renovated just recently. I suddenly had a strong feeling that in a few minutes, sun is going to shine onto the wall from the direction my back was facing. When the lecture began (a couple of minutes later), sun started shining outside. When the lecture had ended and I was walking past that same building again, I noticed that sun was already shining at a slightly different angle, but at the moment it came out of the clouds, it would have been about the same with my feeling.

In that very same lecture, my head started to hurt. I called my friend with a wrong name and failed to read my day schedule XD. The headache didn't stop until I was back at home. Maybe I overdid it with trying to lift my head yesterday? On the other hand, I noticed myself subconsciously practicing PK on things around me - that's good. Well, except for those cases where for example, I'm just bored and trying to idle-PK a table, where there is someone else's laptop on the other end.

When 2 days ago I couldn't feel much psi, then now it's worse - I can hardly feel any psi and my head is somewhat dizzy of handling all that psi. I did some pushups again and practiced for maybe 20 minutes. Now I opened the box every now and then. Shortly after letting the psiwheel stop after spinning from the wind of opening the box, it was much simpler to visualize it spinning. I guess that I have to get used to the sensation of it spinning..

I only remember a part of the last dream. Someone had miraculously managed to escaped from one country to another. I guess the one where the man escaped from, was Russia (or a country that was under their assistance) and the other was .. well, some other country that was assisted by US forces. At first it was like a documentary, but then I started to look around in the area myself. There was an old armored car in the middle of a field. Refugee had hid himself in there, but while doing so, he was actually shot by an US soldier when shooting broke loose between the two sides. The US forces somehow barely managed to fend off the enemies and take the refugee to the hospital. I was carefully looking at all the dents in the car, that had begun to rust already. Maybe I saw it because my father was reading the online newspaper (I just looked what he was doing for a second or two) yesterday when I went to sleep.

Head hurts

I don't have a clue why, but my head hurts today. It's not a short-circuit, because the pain feels soft. The right side seems to hurt a bit more than the left side. A hangover from focusing on my right hemisphere for too long? I barely practiced any PK or levitation yesterday.

I thought the pain would go away if I slept for 2h. Well it didn't but after sleeping, in this half-dream state again, I heard a short blowing noise through my head and the pain lessened.

I have noticed some strange voices in this half-dream state before falling asleep or slightly before waking up. Quite recently I heard someone saying: "Very good". Actually, it reminds me of when I found myself gnashing the teeth during sleeping. Maybe I was talking in the dreams again or in the half-dream state..

I can hardly feel any psi today. Probably because of the headache?

Rising over the buffer

Did a lot of other things, but practiced PK and levitation in the evening as well. Heard the bed making some sounds as I was calmly visualizing myself rising, but I couldn't probably even rise a millimeter before my head hurt like it did yesterday - guess it's that short-circuit I couldn't heal
(didn't find the exact location of the problem).

A SIGSEV Hangover

Had a short-circuit in the central part of the brain. I guess I overdid it yesterday again. They are difficult to fix, because the head doesn't hurt where the problem is, it hurts at random places. It's just like debugging some memory corruption bugs.

Today my father said that the flutist had an allergy.

I felt exhausted the whole day - too enthusiastic PK practice too suddenly. I couldn't move that can as well as yesterday - just couldn't feel it move so well. Couldn't find any new youtube psychokinesis videos.

Slept a few hours and woke up a few seconds before I had a guest (nice timing - another coincidence, I guess. I just felt like waking up). Meditated some and practiced again, but the pain in my head still occasionally pops up, but it's not as intense as it was in the morning before isolating it.

Managed to twitch the can maybe 2 times only and mostly before even recording it. Hopefully the tomorrow's practice is more successful - at least now I have some time to dedicate to practice, since the christmas holiday is approaching and the school's almost over.
