Meditated before bed. Focused on the two ends of the body (bottom of the feet and the top of the head). Applied a stasis at those areas.
At first, the body was vibrating at a variety of different frequencies, each with different phase and there seemed to be a lot of noise.
This stasis, however, seemed to have fixed the two ends so that the energy in the body started bouncing back and forth between the bottom of the feet and the top of the head. It seemed to have formed a self-amplifying standing wave of energy. The amplitude and energy density increased until I decreased the focus at the ends. Decreasing focus seemed to have reduced the reflectivity, allowing more of the energy to dissipate from the body again.
The whole thing reminded me of how lasers work.
Didn't have any dreams. Spent the whole night in a half-dream state, testing something.
