Analogues

Read a bit about black hole analogues and found that I had already read about the experiments but simply their interpretation could be different. I would not call these black holes but I like the thoughts which such interpretations tend to provoke.

Also, Sandra and Woo is sometimes really nice.

Blood sugar

Regarding the blood sugar, on Thursday morning the cat ignored the biscuits and by the evening he had spilled them across the floor. So I decided to start training the cat's appetite for another type of cat food which he doesn't typically really eat (but should be way more healthy). No more biscuits for a week.

The next day I thought I would avoid eating too much sugar. Well, life has a good sense of humor. By the time I got to the canteen (just 9 min late) and had waited the queue, there was no more soup left. So I had to take a dessert. The dessert (chocolate cake) was so sweet that I did not want anything sweet for the rest of the day.

Short bus trip

A couple of days ago at lunch a girl A came and described Hameroff's and Penrose's quantum consciousness. I was hesitant to discuss such things in the presence of other scientists, and told her that it's a long story and that in my opinion there was no way science could ever hope to get to the bottom of consciousness. Then a former colleague B joined the table and said that science could very easily explain away consciousness, for it was nothing more than a firing of neural synapses (or maybe also religion and philosophy but that was all there was). Well, I don't think anything else would have proven my point as well as this former colleague did. These things can't really be discussed openly yet. And I suspect that if they could be discussed openly, then my presence in this realm would no longer have a meaning.

Was expecting transportation by car, and had planned my route and time so that I would reach friend's place by the time we had agreed. Turned out I still had to take a bus, instead.

Anyway, this girl A and a colleague C of hers also took the bus back to town. As I had guessed, C had a somewhat similar mindset as B did. However, C seemed just a bit more open-minded and there was a bit more time during the bus trip so I tried to sum up some of my experiments and findings.

It was nice, and I did not mind talking about such topics with school children around. There was, however, a guy who sometimes turned around and looked back at me. I suspect that he found the topic of interest. Or maybe he was annoyed by some dude so blatantly blabbing about these things.

Ideas to improve the world

Discussed some business ideas with old friends. One of the friends told me that my business ideas were too down to Earth, and that he would have expected them to be something on the Moon or Mars. To be honest, I don't think that would make sense. Moreover, if I'd want to change the world then by making a business (which would obviously aim for profit) would not be my approach.

Dream: Moon colony

The idea was probably spawned from the discussion of business ideas.

Anyway, people had put up a bunch of domes on the Moon and were building things inside. There was scaffolding all over the place, and people climbing them, moving stuff around and so on. Quite a bit of action, and then some mischievous lad took the nozzle of pressurized air and blew on the regolith. A lot of dust rose up, contaminating the space for a while. I looked at the arc of larger pieces of the dust falling down while the lighter dust remained afloat for longer.

Then some guy came and "showed" me what he thought was even more interesting. Note that in dreams people can share things they visualize in their mind. He showed me a rotation of water causing a whirpool, and then told me to visualize what happened when I applied a counter-rotation to the other side of the whirpool. Instead of water I associated it with electric and magnetic fields, and started to wonder about it.

Clinging

Dream: Tall help

Remember that tall guy? From the previous post.

Last night one of the deep dreams (first 4-5 hours of sleep, not very stable dreams) featured him. Me and someone else were building a two-storeyed house. To be more precise, we were pouring concrete floor for the second storey. One of the walls was made of glass. This tall dude appeared in front of the glass wall, read my thoughts and wanted to help by taking sand from the pile and passing it to the second storey with a shovel. However, the tall dude was like an NPC or something, and couldn't comprehend that there was a glass wall between us. His shovel kept bumping into the wall, causing the sand to fall off the shovel again and again. The wall was more-or-less impenetrable and I wanted to keep it that way. I wondered what to do and how we could make use of his will to help. Phased his shovel and sand through the glass wall. It worked.

I was then transported (flown) out of the building and off to the edge of the dream (like a cliff into the void of sorts). I guess I wasn't lucid or something, because I was afraid of falling. Instinctively, focused as hard as I could on flying back onto the cliff without dropping any lower. It worked as well, though, I had no free resources to marvel at myself levitating.

Just a day

Yesterday morning I saw the grid of light again after waking up.

Ate lunch at a canteen. Took a beef cutlet but eating it made me sad. I knew I would have to finish it even though it tasted bad but that's not what made me sad. The situation caused me to seriously consider reducing my meat consumption.

Personality

Read some more of the Torres' second book. Attempted to create another personality, one that would be tens of thousands of years old, knows everything about how the universe works, is meditating 24/7 and all skills are easy for him. Acting that personality yielded an increase in energy intensity and tummo.

Yesterday also read in the book that eating past 6 (or was it even 4) PM messes up dream control. Somehow it had happened that by bedtime I had not eaten past 2 or 3 PM. This helped a lot. Managed to remain conscious throughout the night. Dreams were not very interesting, though.

Wrote a lengthy reply at a pk forum and when I was about to submit it, I got the error "Your request has timed out. Please try again." Pressed back and the text was gone. Sigh. This is familiar. A few years ago this happened consistently so that I couldn't share personal experience anymore .. or had to do it in such a way that it wouldn't touch ego in the slightest.

Hypoglycemia

Related to diet stuff, a diagnosis (too much sugar -> adrenaline) popped to mind yesterday:
http://www.alternativementalhealth.com/articles/hypoglycemia.htm

Found the article today after verifying that a cup of cocoa caused a panic-level adrenaline rush in a couple of hours. Curiously enough, the article also mentions the issue with digestion.

A solution? Raw food instead of sweets. Avoid snacking due to stress.

Another diet comparison

I think I should've taken more regular water instead of juice. Urine seems to be very acidic, so no wonder the kidneys were having a hard time.

For comparison, today evening I ate the following:
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Salted herring
  • Onions
  • Sour cream
  • A slice of bread + regular butter
  • A lot of pasteurized vegetable juice + pasteurized fruit juice (with added sugar)
It seems that raw or salted fish does not generate that warm, thick and heavy energy. Not sure if it's a matter of raw vs. cooked meat or a matter of fish vs. pork.

Anyway, that also tasted really good and it seemed to have helped with the digestion (raw onions and boiled potatoes, I suspect).

In addition to making me feel sleepier, sugar also seems to make eye-sight worse. During the days I was on 100% raw food diet, my eyesight was better (I was amazed, actually) .. regardless of spending all the mornings, days and evenings at the laptop.

Some more food experiments

Yesterday evening I ate the following:
  • An orange
  • Coconut (was starting to dry up)
  • Banana
  • Pear juice (without added sugars or preservatives .. though, several weeks old and fungus was growing on it)
  • A champignon
Today morning kidneys were aching. This may be due to any of the following reasons:
  • That pear juice with fungus.
  • Not enough juice or water yesterday.
  • Maybe ate too late?
  • "Normal" lunch yesterday.
  • Read a lot of inspiring text, which caused the movement of energy.
  • Edit: Stomach flu, which has been pretty popular these days.

Today morning I snacked the following:
  • A champignon
  • Banana
  • A piece of cucumber
For lunch I ate the following:
  • Boiled buckwheat
    • Brown Himalayan salt
    • Pan salt
  • Salad
    • A tomato
    • Two champignons
    • Parsley
    • Pan salt
    • Pepper
Although it's not raw, boiled buckwheat tasted very good.

Diet-summary of the week

Ate "normal" lunch at work today:
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Some sort of sauce
  • Meat ball
  • Pancake with cherry jam (a lot of sugar)
  • Kefir (pasteurized, of course)
About 2 hours after the lunch, I started feeling tired. This continued for about 4 hours.

Also noticed that this "normal" lunch produced a thick, heavy, warm clump of energy. With the help of concentration, the energy slowly rose from the abdomen and flew up the central column. An excess of this type of energy usually results in aggressive behaviour, which is an easy way to get rid of it. Rumors have it (English teacher from secondary school said so) that it's meat, which causes this energy. Though, I'm not convinced yet. Not always has meat produced that effect and I suspect some other boiled food may also have a similar result. This sort of energy is the most challenging to transform for spiritual purposes, however, it seems to be very good for enhancing intensity and willpower.
Edit: Right .. it also reduced eye-sight.

With raw food, that does not happen. So far it seems that it produces a cold, sparse, lightweight cloud of energy.
Edit: Raw food improved eye-sight and removed blemishes from my face.
Edit: Edit: Not sure, but I suspect it might be coconut .. when I ate it a lot, I got diarrhea the next morning.

Just like in the video that inspired me to experiment with this .. both diets / foods are merely tools. The most important tool is still concentration and concentration doesn't practice itself.

I'll quote master Owltwelve:
Concentration is a sort crucible for refinement of sexual energy. Without the heat of concentration, sexual energy remains heavy, & falls out of the body. In terms of purification; a somatic practice like the white skeleton meditation is very helpful.
Anyway, comparing the tastes, I conclude that a week of 100% raw food diet most likely does not cause any malnutrition issues. Since, if the body lacks something, then it would taste exceptionally good.

With the past few days, I've grown fond of raw food. So, my experimentation shall continue.

Diet experiments continued

Neck is still stiff. Shoulders are also aching slightly.

Noticed that today morning I had improved resistance to cold. Opened the balcony window and left it open for 30 minutes?

Today's menu:
  • Coconut
  • Kiwi
  • Three bananas
  • Salad
    • Three champignons
    • Tomato
    • A piece of cucumber
    • Parsley
    • Pan salt
    • Herb spices
    • Pepper
  • A loaf of bread with 3 sprats
The loaf of bread tasted very good, but sprats left me indifferent .. so, probably I didn't really need sprats or oil after all.

Noticed that coconut made me feel slightly tired (similar to the effect of sugar).

Took a 1-hour nap during the day.

Diet experiments

Food summary from yesterday:
  • Cake for lunch.
  • Two apples.
  • Two kiwis.
  • A carrot.
  • Two tomatoes + pan salt.
  • A piece of cucumber + pan salt with herbs.
  • Juice with no added sugar, colouring agents or preservatives.
All in all, pretty acidic.

Didn't sleep too well last night. Didn't feel that tired. Played around with some sort of a cloud of energy within the body. Moved it around from body part to body part. The cloud was white with a faint tint of blue and gold. The cloud was warm and it was viscous.

Although better, the digestive system had still procrastinated during the day. So, in bed it started rushing with it. Perhaps that issue is not caused by food but simply a lack of physical exercise. But then again, I probably wouldn't think of trying a raw food diet if I would be physically more active.

Since today morning, the left side of my neck is stiff. There are two potential reasons: neck was exposed to cold wind yesterday and / or body lacks fat.

With raw food, I've noticed that I pee more often. Previously I used to eat very dry food, barely drinking anything.
 Food summary for today:
  • Two apples.
  • One kiwi.
  • Salad:
    • Two tomatoes
    • Cucumber
    • Parsley
    • Brown Himalayan salt (contains a lot of sulphur)
    • Pan salt
    • Black pepper
  • A carrot.
  • Three champignons.
  • A banana.
Apple and kiwi tasted a lot more sweet today morning. The salad also tasted amazingly good.

Still feeling dull and clumsy. A slight stress has built up due to feeling dull for so long. It's the fear of not being able to completely fulfil my responsibilities. I feel that this sensation of dullness and clumsiness is fake or hollow. I know it is possible to overcome it, though, I'm currently not all too confident in taking the step (more like a leap).

Thinking straight doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. Managed to solve a medium complexity problem in a quite elegant way today. It took some effort at first, but the effect seemed to have been long-lasting.

Tomorrow I may try sprats to see if it's fat that I'm missing. Black bread would be nice, too. I've also been attracted by peanut butter (100% roasted peanuts).

Raw food?

Watched this one yesterday:

Suddenly saw my eating habits from another angle. What is more, I realized the meaning of the dreams from the previous post.

Basically, I've been eating anything and whenever that anything causes issues with energy flow, I've tried to work around it with willpower and concentration. Also, when there's been food that doesn't taste right, I've tuned my sense of taste so that I could clean the plate without effort.

Since so far I've been on an "everything" diet, I thought I might try a raw food diet as well, for comparison. This way I could perhaps more easily determine the effect of eating habits on energy flow and spiritual development.

Similar to how some people die from radiation or toxines, I think a full prolonged diet of raw food may also be deadly for some people (malnutrition, lack of fat, etc.). Let's see what I'll feel during / after a raw food diet for couple of days. Not sure I would be able to psychically auto-generate all the lacking nutrients yet. So, if I feel the body needs meat, dairy or fish .. it's all ready in the fridge.

Well, there was a media event with a lot of cake for lunch. Shopped for some fruits, vegetables on my way home.

I guess it's about 7 hours on the raw food diet. So far I've noticed the following:
  • Having difficulties thinking straight.
  • Too much saliva is being produced.
  • Feeling slightly tired.
  • The digestive system seems to be working better.
  • Pretty much no tension or stress anywhere in the body.
  • Bodily odour has reduced remarkably.
  • Energy movement is more active. Have experienced several jolts of consciousness, as well as near-OBE while awake (leaning out of body).
  • Something seems to be dissolving at the pineal gland and at the area where I have a back problem.
